Service Description
BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED MINDFULNESS COURSES (Online / Moray & Highlands) BEGINNERS I provide 16-hour life changing Beginners Mindfulness Courses. I run these courses over an eight-week period from venues that epitomise tranquillity and peace. No prior knowledge is required, and the course takes you on a personal journey of discovery. The course entails: - Learning Formal Mindfulness (Meditation). - Informal Mindfulness – The presence we can bring to our everyday lives. - Embodying the attitudes of Mindfulness – The core beliefs and how to apply them. - Mindful Movement & Relaxation. - Increased Self-Awareness. - Mindset & consciousness transformation. INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED I provide 8-hour Intermediate & Advanced Mindfulness Courses over a four-week period. These courses are designed for those who have completed the beginner’s course or those already practicing Mindfulness regularly and are looking to expand their knowledge and practice. This course provides an opportunity to deep dive into each attitude of Mindfulness and explore their practice on a more extensive level. INVESTMENT: - 16-hour Beginners Course – Approx. £250 pp* - 8-hour Intermediate Course – Approx. £150pp* - 8-hour Advanced Course – Approx. £180pp* - 1-1 Mindfulness Courses – Approx. £50 per hour. *Prices based on a course designed for a minimum of 8 participants.
